At Nice Pinky, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a unique shopping experience. Therefore, we offer a flexible exchange and return policy, subject to the following conditions:


Recovery

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and fully packaged.
  • Personal care products (such as lotions, drops, oils, serums, and other products...) cannot be returned if they have been opened or used , for health and safety reasons .
  • The customer bears the shipping costs and any taxes or customs costs, if applicable, according to each country's policy in the event of a return, unless the error is from the store.

  • The customer has the right to exchange the product for another product within 7 days of receipt.
  • The product must be in good condition and unused .
  • The customer bears the shipping costs and any other customs or tax costs applicable according to the policy of each country.
  • In case of an order error (different product/damaged upon receipt), the store will bear the full shipping and replacement costs.


How to return or exchange

  1. Contact us via customer service or the store's WhatsApp with the order number.
  2. Specify the reason for return or exchange.
  3. Prepare the product in its original condition for shipping via the shipping company.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, the following will be done:
  • Refund within 5-10 business days via the same payment method.
  • Or send the replacement product to the customer.

Cases not covered by return or exchange

  • Opened or used products.
  • Discounted products are included in special offers (unless they are damaged or different from the order).
  • Orders received more than 7 days after receipt.
