Recovery
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and fully packaged.

How to return or exchange
- Contact us via customer service or the store's WhatsApp with the order number.
- Specify the reason for return or exchange.

- Or send the replacement product to the customer.
Cases not covered by return or exchange
- Opened or used products.
